Pricing

The prices are composed as follows

Labor costs

There is currently a difference between private and business customers. This is because working in a business environment means a higher risk and requires special know-how.

Thanks to the small business regulation (according to § 19 UStG (translates to Sales Tax Act or Added Tax Act)), private customers benefit from a VAT-free invoice. This means that you don't pay VAT on labor and travel expenses.

Private customers:     €1,00 per working minute - this corresponds to a rounded €60,00 per working hour.
Business customers: €1,34 per working minute - this corresponds to a rounded €80,00 per working hour.

Travel expenses

There is no distinction between the two groups when it comes to travel costs. The rate of €0,75 per kilometer applies to both.

Reason for price difference between private and business customers

There is a price difference because although there is a high risk in a 'private customers environment', it is still lower than the risk of a business environment. One of the reasons for this is that in a business environment, larger, more expensive, more complex systems that are heavily dependent on various processes are usually in use, which also require better or greater knowledge. Furthermore, in the event of a failure, a company can suffer considerable loss of revenue and entire departments can 'come to a standstill', which is why the liability in this sector is also significantly higher.

Parts sourcing

Generally, parts will only be sourced on request. It's certainly possible that, especially often used/needed parts are in stock. Please contact me if you've got any questions.
Like any other service provider, a commission is charged. The amount depends on the individual situation, with rates mostly varying from 5% to 20%. This is due, for example, to the fact that some parts are very difficult to obtain and their procurement takes a lot of time and sometimes also takes risks. For common products, you can generally assume smaller rates.
